Blood...blood everywhere, the hallway riddled with corpses...
That's what he saw, what he smelled as he came to. It would have been nauseating for most others... why wasn't he?
Deep down, he knew something was terribly wrong (beyond the fact there was a mountain of death here) as he quickly checked each person's vitals. Yes...they were dead. What had caused this..
Had...had he done this? He couldn't remember anything...
Everything came in bits in pieces. The cops came, and arrested him on the spot for the mass murder. His trial...sitting in that cold cell...the sounds of gears turning...
CR-S01 awoke in that cell today. He looked around, and chuckled morosely. A dream...of his past, but a dream nonetheless. The gears grinded to a halt, and he looked up to see Agent Holden, as usual.
"CR-S01, you have a surgery today. Get up."
This was his atonement for his father's sins. He recalled somewhere, an old law of the distant past, that said a child could not be punished for the sins of the father. But he didn't mind. He could redeem Sartre here.

And himself.
